Kids Relief 2024 Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) Official Rules

‍NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

‍ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF, AND RESIDING IN, THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees (and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of Comic Relief, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 10, 2024 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2024 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter: 

1) Donation Method: Visit Sponsor’s Tiltify Fundraising Page and follow the directions provided to make a donation and complete and submit the entry form to enter for a chance to win the Kids Relief Adult Prize Bundle or the Kids Relief Kids prize Bundle.  To enter for a chance to win the MeganPlays Prize Bundle or the LeahAshe Prize Bundle, you must enter via their specific link. You will receive one (1) entry into one selected prize drawing for each $1 donated. All entries via this method must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2024 to be eligible. All Tiltify terms apply to participation via this method.

2) Mail-in Method: To enter without making a donation, on a 3” x 5” card, handprint your name, address, telephone number, email address, and the prize for which you wish to be entered and mail same in a handprinted envelope with proper postage affixed to: Kids Relief 2024 Giveaway c/o Comic Relief, Inc., 120 Broadway, New York, NY 10271, to be postmarked by September 30, 2024 and received by no later than October 4, 2024. Each mail-in entry will equal one (1) entry into the applicable prize drawing. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per stamped outer envelope. 

Limit twenty (20) entries per prize drawing per individual, regardless of method of entry or amount donated. Entries received in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Entries generated by script, mechanical, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

DRAWINGS/ODDS: Potential winners will be selected in random drawings held on or about October 8, 2024 from all eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Non-winning entries from one drawing will not be included in any other drawing.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS: Potential winners will be notified by email and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit (or Declaration) of Eligibility, Liability and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release as well as an IRS Form W-9 and any additional documents which may be required by the prize provider/supplier within the time period stated in the notification. If a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within the time period stated in the email notification, does not return all required documentation within the time period stated, or if a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or such potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules or declines the prize, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner selected for the drawing at issue. 

PRIZES:

  • MeganPlays Prize Bundle: e.l.f. beauty products collectively valued at $500, (1) play along and Shopping Spree with MeganPlays in Dress to Impress game.
  • LeahAshe Prize Bundle: e.l.f. beauty products collectively valued at $500, (1) play along and Shopping Spree with LeahAshe in Dress to Impress game.
  • Kids Relief Kids Prize Bundle: Overtime Kids-sized products collectively valued at $599
  • Kids Relief Adults Prize Bundle: Overtime Adult-sized products collectively valued at $599

Sweepstakes are not sponsored and administered by any prize suppliers included in the prize list. 

Sponsor is not responsible if playalong is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety, no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and Sponsor will have no further obligation to the winner. Play along has no cash value. Prizes that include a play along will have the date, time, play along duration and all other parameters related to the playalong experience to be solely determined by the Creator(s) hosting the play along. Winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the prize provider/supplier. Winner agrees to abide by all prize experience rules and regulations. Failure to do may result in forfeiture of prize. 

Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Prizes will only be delivered within the 50 U.S. and DC. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

‍PUBLICITY GRANT: Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. 

‍LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY/GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Titltify, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, service agencies, prize providers/suppliers. independent contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, web hosting and service and fulfillment providers, and social platforms, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in this sweepstakes. 

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, postage-due or garbled emails, donations, notifications, mail, entries, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void.  Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries. If terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select the potential winner(s) for the drawing(s) at issue from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for such drawing(s) prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.

‍WINNERS LIST: To receive the names of the winners (first name, last initial and state of residence), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Kids Relief 2024 Giveaway c/o Comic Relief, Inc., 120 Broadway, New York, NY 10271, for receipt by no later than 30 days after the end of the sweepstakes.
